Container/Tube:
Preferred: Sputum, broch wash, urine or other specimens in a sterile container.
Preferred Volume: 6-10mL
Acceptable Volume: 1mL

Additional Instructions
First morning specimens preferred, respiratory specimens should be timed 8 hours apart.
