Collection Time After Administration:
Level: At least 6-8 hours after last dose (IV or PO)
On initiation of therapy: preferred 12-24 hours post loading dose, or 3-5 days without loading dose

Therapeutic Range

Digoxin level, total: 0.5-2 ng/mL

>2.0 ng/ml – Increased toxicity without increased benefit
≥3.0 ng/ml – Toxic
≥4.0 ng/ml – May be life-threatening
